Job Description

We have afantastic opportunity for anAccounts Administratorto join our award-winningReal Estate Management Servicesteam in either ourAucklandorChristchurchpremises.

Our Real Estate Management Services team are New Zealand’s leading commercial and retail asset management team, handling over $6 billion in commercial and retail assets. Our Client Accounting team provide end-to-end financial management and reporting for our clients.

In this role, you will for manage high-volume transactions and ensure the accurate processing of financial data for our clients.

This role is afull timefixed-term opportunity for12 months.

The value you’ll add

• General receipting and accounts receivable processes
• Invoice various charges to tenants and debtors through Property Management software
• Process creditor payment vouchers
• Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports for assigned properties
• Assist in debtor management
• Prepare end-of-month bank reconciliations
• Accurate and timely data entry
• Assist with the Real Estate Management Services client accounting function
• Assist other accountantswith general property accounting duties

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Intermediate Excel skills
• Willingness to learn and master the property-based accounting system
