Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join our Marketing & Communications team in our world-class, waterfront Auckland CBD office.

We are looking for a motivated and focused professional to execute omnichannel marketing campaigns for brokerage service lines, with a particular focus on projects.

The value you’ll add

• Create and execute omnichannel marketing plans for client, brokers, and Colliers campaigns, across all agency asset classes
• Create and implement self-directed marketing plans to drive vendor contributions for property marketing campaigns
• Collaborate closely with our Data & Digital Marketing team to create digitally driven campaign solutions
• Collaborate with external suppliers and agencies to deliver marketing collateral
• Support the marketing team with other campaigns as required in our Digital and Events streams
• Form strong relationships with our internal clients and use their feedback to influence our marketing solutions

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ marketing or communications experience
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree or 5 years’ commensurate experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Able to demonstrate proficiency in marketing automation and digital marketing platforms would be an advantage
