Job Description

An excellent opportunity has recently become available for a Senior Property Manager to join our Real Estate Management Services team in our Wellington office.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to manage a well-established portfolio of commercial properties with an emphasis on planning and proactively maximising opportunities for client portfolios.

The value you’ll add

• Manage the operation of commercial property portfolios
• Ensure assigned properties are maintained effectively
• Implement rent reviews, lease supervision, and leasing strategies
• Negotiate new leases and ensure lease compliance
• Complete operating and capital expenditure budgets and monthly client reports
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, contractors and other stakeholders
• Assist with strategic decisions in cooperation with individual owners

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Commercial/Retail Property Management is essential
• REA Salesperson’s certificate or willingness to obtain 
• Strong client-focus and relationship-building skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
