Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and visionary individual to join our team as a Sustainability Director in our award winning Auckland CBD office. As the Sustainability Director, you will play a crucial role in supporting our teams to deliver a range of ESG-related services, with a focus on sustainability. Your efforts will contribute to our overall objective to elevate the built environment through the provision of ESG services that reduce climate risk and expenditure, and increase asset value.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Commercially minded with the ability to find and deliver on opportunities
• Green Star Practitioner and/or NABERS accreditations highly desirable
• Strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments and trends
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to remain focused on specific tasks
• Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to deal with several matters and work to strict deadlines
• Ability to communicate at all levels and build effective and professional relationships with clients and colleagues
• A proactive, hands-on player with desire to add value to the team
• Experience using ESG and tenant based platforms
• Strong accounting and numeracy skills
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
