Details: This is a part time position with the working hours of 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday and 8 a.m. – noon on Wednesday.

What you will do:
Collect and review time sheets, wage computations, and other information to detect payroll discrepancies
Work with field leaders to resolve questions and discrepancies related to payroll
Verify hours worked, pay adjustments, and post information into designated records
Compile employee time, production, and payroll data from time sheets and other records
Process Certified Payroll for Davis Bacon required projects
Enter employment information, wages and deductions, and other data into company databases
Process subcontract invoices
Protect the confidentiality of employees and their information
Setup, review and send reports and data to managers
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
What we are looking for:
Possess high school diploma or equivalent
Possess and demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills
Possess three or more years of experience with processing payroll
Possess strong mathematical skills and ability to sort, analyze, and understand numerical data
Possess excellent administrative, planning, and organizational skills
Ability to handle a dynamic, evolving, and fast-paced workload, with the ability to timely coordinate and perform concurrent activities and processes
Demonstrate skill, experience, and proficiency with technology to include Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Internet researching
Possess follow-up and follow-through skills
Demonstrate initiative; anticipate, seek out solutions, and implement those solutions
Possess a professional demeanor (appearance, attitude, and behavior)
Ability to deal diplomatically and communicate effectively with internal and external customers
Ability to work independently without direct supervision
Ability to coordinate and perform multiple activities in a timely manner
