Gatehouse Attendant
Status: Part Time, Year Round
Purpose/Objective:
Responsible for maintaining & confirming proper access to a private, gated community. This position requires punctuality, customer service, self-management and alertness. In addition, this position may be called upon to perform other related duties as may be required from time to time by the Association.
Duties:
· Control all access to community
· Greeting every vehicle as it approaches the gatehouse
· Enforcing road restrictions when applicable
· Providing customer service to owners and their guests
· Situation response
· Reading all daily log sheets, emails and other communications since the last shift worked
· Cleaning gatehouse prior to the end of each shift
· Having detailed understanding of camera system and software and check them periodically throughout shift
· Responsible for all packages and items transferred via gatehouse
· Reporting any equipment, building, lighting malfunctions immediately
· Delivering newspapers to subscribing owners throughout community
Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods in hot and cold environments
• Ability to communicate effectively via telephone

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and complete projects in a timely manner

Open Shifts are:
Friday 2pm-10pm
Saturday 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm (this can be a single 12 hour shift if there is interest)
Sunday 2pm-10pm

Subbing for other shifts is an option also.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

• Park City, UT 84060: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
