We are hiring a Administrative Assistant at Colorado Beauty RN™, a medical clinic that offers the highest quality skincare services and injectables in Castle Rock, Colorado.

We are currently seeking a full-time personal assistant to work with our CEO to ensure administrative tasks are completed and the business functions as efficiently as possible. Applicants should be extremely thorough, professional in appearance, possess excellent communication skills, and have a background in customer service.

REQUIREMENTS:

Among other things, your responsibilities will include the following tasks:

• email and voicemail management for CEO
• calendar management for CEO (work and personal)
• data entry
• research topics as requested
• attend in-person trainings for our injectable teaching program
• transcription of audio and/or video
• openness to learning new technologies and softwares
• positive energy
• strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Google Suites proficiency
• Canva proficiency
• ensure CEO is prepared for meetings and appointments
• create weekly agendas for CEO
