DUTIES:
1. Duties include data entry to update systems for billing and recordkeeping.
2. Data entry for daily sales reports and receipts.
3. There will be reading of information, verifying data and sorting monthly activities.
4. There will be scanning and filing of records.
5. Processing customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies.
6. Ensures entries are correct for audit purposes.
7. This responsibility also includes assisting staff with daily tasks as assigned.
8. For more advanced level of ability the worker will help reconcile data to correspond to system entries.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
1. MUST HAVE A HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR G.E.D.
2. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE USING QUICKBOOKS ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE
3. MUST HAVE INTERMEDIATE COMPUTER SKILLS, ADVANCED SKILLS A PLUS
4. MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH SPREADSHEETS
5. MUST HAVE OFFICE CLERICAL EXPERIENCE
ADDITIONAL SKILLS PREFERRED:
1. KNOWLEDGE OF ACCOUNTING SOFTWARES
2. EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH ACCOUNTS PAYABLES AND RECEIVABLES
