• This temporary employee will support the Client Contracts Operations team – a recent resignation created a capacity constraint. This employee will provide administrative, data entry support for the team.

• The primary function of this team is to provide support for our client facing colleagues and Legal when drafting, negotiating and executing our client service agreements.

• We draft approximately 8,000 agreements on an annual basis.

• The support required for this team includes:

o Reviewing expiring client service agreements and comparing the products in the agreement to the opportunities in SalesForce
o Creating new opportunities in SalesForce when needed.
o Creating renewal client service agreements in SalesForce based on information in our client’s expiring client service agreement
o Updating the team’s Microsoft Excel tracking sheet where the status of all agreements are maintained

• All interactions will be internal only among the Client Contracts Operations team – there will be no interaction required with clients and minimal interaction with the client facing team members

• Skills desired include:

o Microsoft Excel

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $26.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Microsoft Excel: 5 years (Preferred)
• salesforce: 5 years (Required)
• data entry/typing contracts: 6 years (Required)

• client/customer support in finance industry: 5 years (Preferred)
