Colyvan Pacific Management Services Hiring for Full Time Administrative Assistant Job at Vancouver Full Time

We are a quickly growing Strata Management company hiring for our downtown Vancouver location.

Preference will be given to those with experience in the real estate management industry and other candidates with experience in a fast-paced, customer service driven industry.

Hours of work are 8:30am – 4:30pm with an hour for lunch, Monday to Friday. The option to work from home, up to 2 days a week, may be offered after a probation period.

Extended benefits (50% paid by the Employer/50% paid by the Employee) are available. You will be entitled to 2 weeks vacation PLUS 10 (paid) days off over Christmas.

We are a high volume, deadline driven industry and the ability to multi-task, be organized and prioritize work is key to being successful in this role.

Duties Include:

• Reception relief
• Mail-outs
• Data entry
• Scheduling move in/outs
• Liaising with Councils, contractors & Owners via phone & email
• Preparation of legal documents
• Letter writing

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $42,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
