Comer Group Ireland Hiring for Caretaker Job at Dublin , Ireland Full Time

Due to continued growth within our business we are looking for a Caretaker to join our dynamic team at a property in Santry. This role requires the candidate to oversee and carry out front of house operations, general maintenance and upkeep of grounds and ensure the property is running efficiently on a day to day basis.

The Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities of the role are as follows.

• Provide cleaning services such as sweeping, dusting, hoovering, moping and power washing the common area in the development.
• Perform maintenance and light repairs as required.
• Perform routine landscaping on the grounds.
• Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks etc).
• Assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs.
• Undertake duties as assigned, or emergency tasks (e.g., shovelling snow).
• Identify and report the need for any major maintenance works or repairs.
• Assist new and existing tenant with move in and move outs.

• Reporting to the Property Manager in the Comer Management Office
• Ensuring the contractors register is kept up to date ie signing in & out by all PPM contractors on site. (For our logs & insurances cover if ever an issue) PM will follow this up additionally
• Monitor and Download CCTV when necessary
• Carryout fire safety checks and ensure the Fire Register is up to date.

• Good communication ability.
• Well organised and apt in problem solving.
• Strong attention to detail.

Cleaning

Each coreshould be cleaned twice per week, to include Hoovering, Sweeping, Moping high- and low-level dusting.

Lifts Dusted and Polished twice per week.

External Litter pick daily,

Bins room cleaned daily, and Power washed once per week.

External Pathway power washed when necessary.

Gym and breakout area twice per week and monitored 5 days per week

Landscaping

Landscaping area litter picked daily

Grass Area mowed weekly during the growing season.

Weeding carried out when required.

Assisting New Tenant

Meet and greet new tenants and assist with setting up of utilities, TV and Broadband if necessary.

Familiarise new tenants with the layout of the development and its facilities. (Fire Evacuation Routes) Car Parking Space and Storerooms where required.

Provide Keys and access control to new tenants.

Operation of The EV charges where necessary.

Tenants Moving Out

• Collect Keys and Access control cards.
