Command Recruitment Hiring For MEP Design Manager at Singapore Full Time

We are working with a reputable owner in the Data Centre space who are currently building critical projects in Asia and Europe.
 
Our client is searching for a critical service engineering professional with between 10-15 years of work experience in the data centre space. Location will be Asia, Europe, or the Middle East. The candidate must have designed and built numerous hyperscale data centres and overseen the build and MEP processes with a solid design and AUTOCAD background or upscale. 
 
The preferred candidate should come from a solid Mechanical, Electrical or building service/design background preferably with project experience in Europe or Asia.
 
Experience building, designing, and delivering large scale hyperscale data centres is essential, one should possess a strong business acumen, budgeting, cost management experience.
 
Commissioning and installation experience and the ability to work with designers, consultants, and contractors and clear new build project delivery experience is essential, and a stable career history is key.
 
This person must have experience preferably with a consultant and a client with Hyperscale data centre project experience- new build from concept to delivery.
 
A technical background is essential, preferably a strong building service MEP design background and the ability to lead large teams. This person must have managed operations as well.
 
Requirements:

• Education to Degree standard in an Engineering sector is essential- MEP or Building Services
• A strong background in Mechanical or Electrical engineering with HSE, fire safety knowledge
• Work experience with a consultancy and contractor would be an advantage
• The ability to lead a team
• Proven experience working on hyperscale data centres and the successful completion of these projects and capital project experience with corporate clients is essential
• A professional and driven character is required and the ability to work with stakeholders is key
• Autocad and Design delivery experience is a must
