Commerce Property Solutions Hiring for Bookkeeper at Orem, UT Full Time

This position is in a fast-paced, small office environment as part of a close knit team managing rental properties in Utah and Salt Lake Counties.

Position Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable/Receivable
• Rent Receiving
• Dispersing Owner Payments
• Bank Accounts & Credit Card Reconciliation
• Semi-Monthly Payroll Processing
• Year End Tax Reporting/1099/W-2
• Reviewing Tenant/Owner Ledgers With Clients
• Billing
• Invoicing
• Client Communications

Position Qualifications:

Required:

3 + Years – Previous Accounting/Financial Experience

Preferred:

• Experience in Property Management Accounting Software such as Appfolio/Yardi
• Date Entry
• Google Suite Docs/Sheets/Calendar Experience
• Microsoft Word, Excel Experience
• On-Boarding Experience
• Ability to Work in Fast Pace Environment
• Multi-Tasker

Pay: $45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per month
