Our client is one of the leading food processing and distribution companies in BC. This is a production supervisor position in their food processing facility in Westwold BC. The successful candidate must be very familiar with HACCPs, food production and distribution environment.

Job Description:

· Manage production and quality procedures and processes to meet HACCP requirements

· Make production plans to meet shipping schedules

· Be responsible for training SOPs (Standard of Operation) to production operators

· Take responsibilities for safety production

· Ensure to clean and maintenance equipment, keep onsite cleanliness and safety

Qualifications

· Over 2 years of experiences in a beef processing facility

· Well understanding of HACCP requirements, able to create and maintain a hygienic and positive meat processing environment

· Good communication skills in a multicultural production team, bilingual of English and Mandarin is highly appreciated

· Focusing on details of SOP (Standard of Operation) processes and procedures

· Strong team leading attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
