Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited school approved by the American Physical Therapy Association

• Current license to practice in the state-serviced

• In Washington State, all providers must meet NPI requirement and furnish proof prior to onboarding

• CPR certification

Pay Range

$35.7 – $51.77 /hour
