Digital Operations and Technology (DOT) is a centre of excellence within the Retail Banking Digital space and plays an integral part in the purpose and success of CommBank. We are responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience across all digital touch points.
Within DOT, you’ll be part of the Digital Lending business team responsible for building a variety of modern personal lending products aimed at providing our customers with a world-class experience, an intuitive application journey, and an overall improvement in their financial well-being. Within our team, you will enjoy from a continuous learning environment, formal and informal training, and participation in our internal frontend guilds.

As a Frontend Software Engineer in the digital lending business team you’ll provide technical expertise in the development and delivery of quality applications. You’ll will be responsible for collaborating with our UX and middleware engineers to create intuitive, responsive, and accessible experiences for our customers.

Tech skills:
We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We do not expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these, or a willing to learn these skillsets (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team!

Expertise in building creative, responsive and modern application UI with React and Redux

Familiarity with accessibility standards, Github, CI/CD pipeline, Angular JS is advantageous
