Enterprise Services (ES) is responsible for the world leading application of technology and operations across every aspect of CommBank, from innovative product platforms for our customers to essential tools within our business. We also use technology to drive efficient and timely processing, an essential component of great customer service.

Digital, Operations & Technology (DOT) is responsible for the world leading application of technology and operations across every aspect of CommBank, from innovative product platforms for our customers to essential tools within our business.

We are looking for seasoned Specialist Software Engineers with extensive expertise in developing secure, scalable APIs on public cloud. You have worked on complex integration projects and are comfortable diving into detailed technical designs. You understand the importance of fully automated testing. You must have past experience building secure APIs at an enterprise scale.

• Design and develop secure, high performing public APIs that integrate with the bank’s core systems.

• Assist with building and maintaining pipelines for deploying scalable cloud-based solutions.

• Be part of a collaborative engineering team promoting best engineering principles and practices.

We are interested in hearing from people who possess

• Demonstrated experience in developing APIs using C# .Net Web API framework.
• Extensive experience deploying scalable solutions to AWS and/or Azure public cloud.
• Passion to learn new skills and take on technical challenges with a positive ‘Can-do’ attitude would be highly regarded.
