Bankwest, the Australian Computer Society (ACS) Foundation and the Autism Academy for Software Quality Assurance (AASQA) at Curtin University, are in partnership to continue Australia’s first Specialist ACS Foundation Work Integrated Learning scholarships for undergraduates/postgraduates with Autism Spectrum and related conditions.

As an intern, you’ll be given exposure to our technology stack and real opportunities to broaden your capabilities. This is your opportunity to progress your studies in an agile technology environment where you’ll be supported by colleagues and leaders from all principles who genuinely care about you and your development.

This is a three month, work integrated learning opportunity for those on the Autism spectrum only, starting on 1 November 2021. You must be a WA student who has Australian citizenship or permanent residency. All applications must be made through the ACS Foundation – ACS Foundation ICT Scholarships – Scholarship Details .

On a daily basis, you’ll be:

• Developing software and testing solutions being developed by Bankwest Software Engineering.

• Reviewing the business requirements to what has been developed.

• Prioritise the severity of issues and log them into our task management system.
