As a Receptionist, you will:

• Warmly welcome and direct employees & visitors in a professional manner
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Receive, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail/deliveries
• Order office supplies and maintain office inventory
• Update calendars and schedule meetings
• File accounts payable invoices & process checks in a timely and efficient manner
• Perform other clerical duties as assigned in a fast paced environment

Qualifications for a Receptionist:

• High School Education or equivalent
• Experience working in an office setting preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel & Adobe
• Excellent interpersonal verbal & written communication skills
• Should arrive to the office promptly before phones are activated
• Ability to handle confidential information with great sensitivity
• Must be flexible, detail oriented, be able to multi-task, make effective decisions and meet deadlines while being a valuable team player
