The Pennsylvania Fish & Boat Commission is seeking an experienced, dependable, and highly motivated office support professional to serve with the Bureau of Engineering located in Bellefonte, PA. You will be responsible for various complex clerical and administrative duties in support of the engineering office. You will be primarily responsible for reception duties, such a screening phone calls, greeting visitors and directing individuals to appropriate personnel. You will prepare and track correspondence, reports, and various documents. In additional you will enter and compile data, arrange and schedule meetings and other administrative tasks.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

• Full-time employment.
• Work hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday – Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
• 
  Telework: You will have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Bellefonte, PA.
• 
  Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

• Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1; or
• Graduation from high school; or
• An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Additional Requirements:

• You must be able to perform essential job functions.
