PennDOT is looking for a highly motivated person to perform various clerical and office support services in the Bureau of Driver Licensing. The ideal candidate may have experience with medical conditions and medical knowledge, and can apply this to working with incoming medical reports from physicians, law enforcement, and concerned citizens. As a Clerical Assistant 3 you will review and process medical forms, returned medical forms, and making decisions based on established policies and interpretation of existing regulations/statutes. The selected candidate will also conduct independent research into medical conditions and medical verbiage, and communicate with others.
