DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a Clerical Assistant 2, you will provide customer service and clerical assistance at the Big Elk Creek State Park. In this position, you will act as the receptionist, which involves constant public contact and customer service. You will establish and maintain working relationships with the general public; interpret state park rules and regulations for the public. Other work includes typing letters, reports, forms memoranda, responses to public inquiries, and other similar documents.

*Work Schedule and Additional Information:*

• Full-time employment.
• Work hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
• *Salary: *In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS
 *Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:*

• Graduation from high school; *or*
• An equivalent combination of experience and training.
