Community Clean, a team oriented cleaning company, is looking for a ROCKSTAR SCHEDULER to assist our PHENOMENAL EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT & AMAZING OPERATIONS MANAGER!

What will your job duties/requirements be?

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have your own phone and able to download our app
• Must have a computer with internet
• Must be flexible and adaptable to a specific routine
• Able to follow directions and finish assigned tasks
• Enjoy working hard and helping out team members
• Ability to create a complex schedule to schedule 25 team members each week (thinking outside the box, problem solving, creating a route, etc)
• You will recieve call outs daily – must be able to hop in remotely and make changes to the schedule, find a solution, contact leadership, etc
• You will have to track attendance and other data for our quarterly reviews
• You will need to maintain team availablity sheet and team phone roster
• Manage time off requests
• Work with Google Drive, Google Calendar and our app
• Can communicate effectively with team members and operation manager and let leadership know when a problem arises
• Other duties as requested by the CEO, EAssistant, Ops Manager & AA
• This position is a combination of remote and in-office.
