We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Finance Assistant. The Finance Assistant will provide essential support to our finance team, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations. Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, data entry, and invoice processing.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by investigating and resolving any discrepancies or errors.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, including month-end and year-end close activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial information flow and resolve any finance-related issues.
• Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and organizing financial documents.
• Assist in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities as required.
• Provide support during audits, including preparing documentation and responding to audit inquiries.
• Stay updated with relevant financial regulations, laws, and best practices to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and record-keeping.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Previous experience in a finance-related role is preferred but not required.

Pay: $45,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
