Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Country Manager – Mexico. The Country Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Mexican operations, including overseeing the growth of our business in Mexico, managing relationships with clients, and working closely with the leadership team to develop strategies for the acquisition of Mexican companies.

Qualifications

• Strong management experience in business development, operations, and customer/client management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to work with leadership, clients and teams across multiple cultures and in multiple languages.
• An entrepreneurial spirit with a proven track record in business success, sales and business growth.
• A strong understanding of the Mexican market, with a proven track record of growing businesses in Mexico.
