Position: Administrative Assistant (3 month temporary with the possibility of extension

Location: Simon Fraser University (Burnaby, BC)

Salary: $52,000 (will be prorated based on the 3 month contract)

Now, if you were to come on board as our Administrative Assistant, we’d ask you to do the following for us:

• Manage calendars and appointments
• Handle travel arrangements and well as typing, filing, scanning and answering phones
• Organize and maintain files
• Create spreadsheets and reports
• Schedule and coordinate meetings
• Process invoices and expense reports
• Order office supplies

• Burnaby, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Administrative Assistant: 3 years (preferred)
• Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
