Rotational work: Fly in and out (Flights, Accommodation & Meals covered)

Now, if you were to come on board as a Chef Manager (Remote Camp), we’d ask you to do the following for us:

• Ensure client and customer satisfaction.
• Guarantee labour and food/product costs are kept to budget.
• Meet all administrative requirements, such as payroll, inventory, etc.
• Maintain a kitchen schedule that provides optimal service at all times.
• Conduct daily/monthly client audits plus complete weekly self and Vektr audits.
• Assist in conducting HSEQ investigations on all incidents within our department.
• Ensure strict compliance with Compass’s Quality Assurance and Health and Safety Program, Occupational Health and Safety Act, and WHMIS regulations.
• Conduct inspections and audits.

Think you have what it takes to be our Chef Manager (Remote Camp)? We’re committed to hiring the best talent for the role. Here’s how we’ll know you will be successful:

• 3 years’ management experience in multi-faceted food service, retail dining, and catering.
• Knowledge of advanced food safety, health and safety training standards required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
