As a Barista, you will use your skills to deliver first-class service and perfectly crafted coffees to our customers. You will be responsible for creating beautifully crafted drinks for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare perfectly blended drinks and serve high-quality food that delights our customers

Ensure the work and service areas are kept clean and tidy at all times

Receive and process payments

Be an enthusiastic team player

Maintain & restock clean crockery

Ensure brewing equipment is operating properly & safely, and report any maintenance needs

To comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards

To comply with Health & Safety regulations

Who you are:
About You:
Minimum 6 months experience as Barista

Ability to communicate effectively with customers, client & staff

Ability to work with a team, and on your own initiative

Flexible approach to the role

‘Can do’ positive attitude

Willingness to learn

Experience in Customer service and/or in a similar environment would be an advantage, but not necessary
