Compass Group NZ are looking forPermanent Full-Time Lounge Supervisor (Afternoon) to create an incomparable lounge experience that people value and remember withinQantas Lounge at Auckland Airport. The role is rostered across 7 days of the week.

Ko o Kawenga/ Your Responsibilities

• Ensuring our food, beverage and customer service is outstanding for our valued customers.
• Leading and participating in a team that goes above and beyond for our valued clientele
• Ensuring we obtain the high levels of service standards expected at all times.

He Kōrero Mōu/ About You

• Be hard working, reliable, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Be a born performer with impeccable Barista skills
• Have experience with food preparation
• Have a natural knack for leading a diverse team, and understanding labour budgets
• Have proven experience within a 5-star/FOH environment and leading a team
• Have excellent communication skills and a friendly, ‘can do’ attitude
