- Professionally answer inbound Customer and Field Technician calls.
- Work with Customer Service to dispatch Technicians to perform site service.
- Meet and exceed service level response times for all customer contractual agreements.
- Adhere to the established Dispatch process.
- Manage escalation policy and procedure to ensure timely resolution to customer issues.
- Set customer expectations on communication update frequency and ownership.
- Maintain real-time knowledge of Technician location and assigned work.
- Work additional hours as needed to meet daily and or seasonal workload volume.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
