Compliance Training Group Hiring for LMS Administrator / Support Agent at Santa Fe Springs, CA Full Time

The LMS Administrator / Support Agent position will provide support and assistance to clients and the Learning & Development team, in the day-to-day support and management of the Learning Management System (LMS) and related instructional technologies provided by Compliance Training Group. Responsibilities will include user enrollments, client reporting, customer service, system troubshooting, and ongoing support of all implemented LMS technologies. The position will also serve the role of providing high-level training, and general support for corporate trainers, contractors, and executives using or implementing instructional technology for online, hybrid, and blended learning environments. The LMS Administrator / Support position works with all team members to deliver training materials for the use of the Learning Management System (LMS) and other technology supported by Compliance Training Group. The role also serves as a technical/functional agent for supported learning technologies to other team members.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain new and existing client user accounts.
• Provide troubleshooting and basic technical support to users in our Learning Management System (LMS) via our support ticket email system.
• Support and management of MS Teams, Zoom, and other webinar solutions for training services.
• Answer customer service and customer support calls with confidence and professionalism, always putting the client or prospective clients needs first.
• Collaboration with internal teams, external teams, and management to ensure requirements are being met and projects are kept on schedule.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of LMS administration experience or related system support
• 1-2 years of technical customer support
• Qualified applicant must be a motivated self-starter with a pleasant, outgoing personality who is driven to satisfy our clients.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, work well under pressure and prioritize work.
• Ability to describe complicated technology topics in a non-technical manner and maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent follow-up and time management.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.)
• Strong written, oral communications and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

• Proactive technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity of instructional design development, wireless technologies, API integrations, and platform management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
