Job Description:
We are looking for an Receptionist to join our team and help us with administrative and clerical tasks. Your duties will include a wide range of activities in the office from filing and answering the phone to basic bookkeeping.
Responsibilities:
Manage files and records ensuring their relevancy and accessibility.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
Perform basic bookkeeping activities.
Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues.
Attend meetings and take minutes.
Provide support for office management and organization procedures.
Maintain, and enter information into databases with accuracy.
Excellent knowledge of how to use the printer and photocopying machine Adequate use of word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
Work Experience Requirements:
Good practical experience with office devices and processes.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Fast typing skills.
Excellent communication.
Organizational and multi-tasking skills.
High school diploma.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.15 – $20.10 per hour
