Job Summary

Our Telephone Operators provide quick and friendly service to callers and help direct calls to the appropriate ComPsych staff members.

Primary Responsibilities

• Answers calls courteously and quickly
• Accurately transfers callers to appropriate departments
• Collaborate with other operators to ensure all calls are answered and handled within established client service metrics
• Provides basic administrative support to clinical department

Job Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Superior customer service focus
• Strong decision making skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Experience handling high volume incoming calls in a call center, hospital or hotel environment preferred
• Stable work history required
• Ability to work from 9:30AM – 6PM (CST) / 10:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (EST)
