POSITION SUMMARY:

The Business Analyst is the liaison between the business process owners and the development team. The role is responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, managing enhancement requests and minor projects, transitioning requirements to the development team, performing initial system tests, reviewing user acceptance test results, coordinating implementation schedule, and creating user communication. The BA is expected to build strategic partnerships with key business stakeholders and the development team members.

This is a remote role based anywhere in Mexico

Responsabilities:

Business Requirements

• Partner with business process owners to gather and document business issue or need, high level process, expected outcome, and potential impact to users.
• Conduct validation meetings to ensure documentation contains accurate and complete requirements .
• Gain business process owner’s final approval of requirements documentation
• Transition requirements documentation to the development team.

Project Management

• Consult with the development team to ensure business requirement documentation is thorough and understood
• Engage business to clarify requirements or questions from the development team, and revise business requirements as necessary
• Document and review acceptance test plan and use cases with business and development team
• Perform and document system testing to ensure solution meets the approved business requirements
• Coordinate user acceptance testing with business
• Conduct final meeting with the business process owner to review UAT results, ensure solution meets business requirements and gain solution approval, review and document implementation timeframe and use communication.

Requirements:

2 years in related field

Requirement gathering and documentation, required

Salesforce platform support or user, highly preferred

Project management, preferred

Sales support or marketing, preferred

Fluent in English, required

Basic understanding of the Salesforce, or other CRM
