About the Opportunity
The Endpoint Analyst will be a key member of a national team supporting various customers of Compugen. They will be responsible for the operational health, function, patching, enhancement delivery, data analysis, trending, incident response, security, compliance, governance, documentation and supporting of critical initiatives pertaining to endpoint management.
- Maintain deep understanding of endpoint management technologies and collaboration tools such as SCCM, Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, AD, Azure AD.
- Serve as an advisor in the assessment, planning and implementation of new features and capabilities.
- Gather and document requirements from stakeholders in areas of endpoint management strategy. Integrate or align Compugen processes to meet the governance objectives of the stakeholder community.
- Support Compugen’s management team with analysis and communication materials related to operational activities.
About responsibilities and deliverables of the role
- Facilitates requirements gathering sessions with technical and business stakeholders
- Design, construct and maintain end user environments/endpoint solutions
- Plan and Execute an end-to-end implementation of the target workloads
- Maintain a thorough understanding of existing and emerging Office 365 and related core technologies and administration
- Assists with the development of cloud design standards related to unified endpoint management
- Manage and maintain multiple enterprise end user/endpoint environments
- Maintain a highly secure mobile system through proper security configurations
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to establish, communicate, and maintain a reliable and secure endpoint environment leveraging enterprise administration and security tools
- Follow a formal problem management process for incident and problem reporting and resolution
- Support the evolution of unified endpoint platforms through the design and implementation of new service features
- Improve internal efficiency and customers productivity by finding opportunities to optimize existing processes and tools
- Demonstrated ability to develop positive relationships with business and technical stakeholders: enabling and supporting successful project and/or strategy delivery
- Manage requests & incidents via ticketing systems, comprehensively document work
About the recommended qualifications and experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing an end user environment through Microsoft tools including SCCM, AD, Intune, Endpoint Manager.
- Certification in endpoint management administration and tools is strongly recommended
- ITIL 3/4 certification or equivalent coursework
- Exceptional MS Office skills
- Experience supporting O365, Microsoft Teams, Active Directory (Migration support)
- Enterprise Mobility Management experience, including Intune (BYOD & Corporate Device Management)
- Working knowledge of VDI environments and tools including VMWare and Citrix
- Understanding, and experience with, IT Operations and delivery of service
- Ability to effectively navigate and deliver results in a large and complex environment
- Ability to coordinate, prioritize and complete multiple tasks and multiple priorities
- Strong forward thinking, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts and topics in layman’s terms to non-subject matter experts and build consensus and credibility among diverse stakeholder groups
- Able to work effectively both as an individual contributor and as a team member
- Working knowledge on and experience with agile as well as waterfall project management concepts, practices, and deliverables
- Proven track record of successful requirements gathering and documentation using best practice standards
- Experience with knowledge gathering, documentation and transfer, creation and maintenance of training materials
- Experience in a Project Management Office or senior roles in IT project delivery and operational environments is an asset
- Change management/business transformation experience and understanding
