Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Mountain Top, Pennsylvania, 18707

Duration: Temp to hire

Work Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Key Responsibilities

• Responsibilities would include but not limited to, timely processing of invoices from vendors across 2 sites.
• Managing 3PL weekly invoicing to ensure accurate and on time payments.
• Ordering office and warehouse supplies as needed.
• Tracking and tracing of all open, processed, and past due invoices. P.O. creation, reconciliation and managing discrepancies through workflow tool.
