Manager – Customer Success Management

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join a highly successful Galway Software company providing an industry-leading Data Analytics platform to the US Market.

As lead CSM you will be first on the ground helping to build the systems, processes, and best practices for this pivotal department in our growing organisation.

It is expected that during the first 6 months you will personally manage our customers to get to know the industry, clients, and product. Thereafter we will build out the CSM team in the US.

Experience working in a fast-paced tech company and having experience building out a CSM department will be of significant advantage.

Primarily a project manager attending multiple technical customer calls, taking minutes & actions. Scheduling follow ups. Communicating with customers on status of tasks & projects. Reporting internally on customer health and status of ongoing customer projects. Managing customer onboarding. Building out process. Writing customer documentation & guides. Act as an escalation point for the client when required.

Main Duties

· Customer project management

· Customer onboarding

· Customer training

· Attending customer technical calls with solutions team

· Meeting follow ups

· CSM Playbook development

· Executive reporting on customer health and ongoing projects

· Customer communications – both written and live calls

· Act as customer escalation point when required

· Product analytics: Identify trends & concerns in performance

Salary: €75,000.00-€85,000.00 per year
