Job Description

• This position provides monitoring, controls, and initial troubleshooting and diagnosis support for all IT infrastructure and applications components.
• Analyze and document alerts, queries, and error messages to minimize potential disruptions to critical business services.
• Provide support of departmental change controls, technical requests, and problem investigations.
• Create, distribute and print daily IT reports.
• Track daily online deliverables (SLA’s) and follow documented procedures in the event a potential disruption to availability is identified.
• Monitor daily system backups for successful completion on all operating environments.
• Manage all aspects of media distribution services ensuring proper tracking and recording of incoming and outgoing tape shipments.
• Coordinate and track tape call-back requests according to severity of issue.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $20.00 per hour
