Computer Enterprises, Inc. (CEI) Hiring for Desktop Support at Remote Full Time

This is a 3 month Contract with possibility of hire and is 100% Remote.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Answer ServiceNow tickets
  • Provide troubleshooting as needed
  • Request fulfillment and equipment shipping

Degrees/Certifications/Years of Overall Experience Required:

  • HS Diploma is ok (certification is a plus)
  • Bachelor’s preferred (any field is fine)
  • 3+ yrs of related work experience, regardless of educational background

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in windows 10
  • Remote troubleshooting and support
  • Experience w/ServiceNow or similar (ticket managing system)
  • Customer service

Job Types: Contract, Full-time

Pay: $24.00 – $32.00 per hour
