A role you will love
As a Dividend Reinvestment Administrator, you will be responsible for excellent service relating to the reporting of the Client Company’s dividend funding obligations and accurate allocation of shares to be issued as a result of dividends reinvested on behalf of the client’s shareholders participating in a Dividend Reinvestment Plan is managed appropriately.
Superior customer service must be provided in the processing of all transaction requests received from individual shareholders, brokers, and depositaries. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of transaction requests while verifying compliance with the unique terms and conditions governing each Plan and Client service agreement and internal service standards is always maintained. Furthermore, it is imperative that each Administrator ensures that appropriate fees are charged to our clients or collected from Plan Participants at the time of transaction in accordance with the unique terms and conditions governing each Plan and Client service agreement.
