Job Description

The Customer Service Specialist answers customer queries and resolve issues via a number of channels using their knowledge of the products , services and systems available to our Clients customers., Provide non-complex system issues support for the Clients hardware and software i.e. password resets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promptly respond to customer queries via email, live chat, phone, and social media channels to effectively advise and assist customers on appropriate action/s to enable first call resolution using a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times Complete necessary follow ups during enquiries from customers and admissions process;
• Maintain up to date knowledge of products, services, process and procedures and liaise with colleagues or managers if unsure, to ensure the best solution/sis provided to address the customers’ issue/s. As and when required use the defined escalation process for complaints or issues
• Identify process improvement opportunities and common problems, provide recommendations and to management to provide resolution
• Complete diagnostic and research to resolve basic technical hardware and software issues for unresolved issues escalate to Tier 2 IT support personnel –
• Provide accurate information on IT products and services;
