Job Description
Customer Support Specialist interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client’s product or services.

About the role

Working as a Customer Support Specialist, you will make every communication matter, ensuring that all points of the customer journey are as stress free as possible. You will pride yourself on delivering a great customer experience.

Day to day you will be:
- Providing memorable experience on every interaction
- Build relationship and engage customers by going extra mile
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
If you can communicate with customers in a professional, friendly & thoughtful way with the ability to adapt to demanding situations and customer types this may be the role for you!
To make this role yours
- Previous experience in customer support role (preferred not mandatory)
- Have strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- You need to have customer focus and ability to adapt to customer needs
- Need to be able to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
