JOB DESCRIPTION:

Must have Ability to build rapport and trust with customers primarily by phone and email.

This position is responsible for effectively managing the order entry process by accurately and timely entering of customer purchase orders and engineering information into the ERP system and working closely various departments. Interact with customers by phone and electronically and respond to their inquiries.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Entry of customer purchase orders into ERP system in a timely manner
• Handle customer requests for order status, change order requests, cancellations, expediting
• Setup and maintain parts, part revisions, BOMs, etc accurately within the ERP and QMS system and make changes as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma required with AA or higher preferred
• 2+ years of experience in order entry/customer service or similar function within a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Midlevel Computer Skills – Emails, word processing, data entry, etc. accuracy and type to touch.
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude who is solution oriented.
