Descripcion del puesto- Desarrollo y gestión de calendarios internos y externos de iniciativas para implementar planes de retención y motivación de empleados.
- Planeación, gestión y control de la agenda.
- Comunicación directa con cada uno de los gerentes encargados de las unidades de negocio para la mejora de su clima laborar
- Facilitar la resolución de problemas.
- Investigar el mercado y la competencia.
- Ejecución de campañas y análisis de resultados.
Requerimiento:- 6 meses a 1 año de experiencia previa en las áreas de marketing & communications, public affairs, business development,
- Excelente redacción en español e inglés.
- Habilidades sobre el manejo de nuevas herramientas digitales para la gestión de proyectos, seguimiento de tareas y reporte de entregables.
- Facilidad para resolver problemas.
- Facilidad para comunicarse y expresar sus puntos de vista.
- Facilidad para moverse en un entorno rápido y complejo.
