This position is to provide and support information systems hardware, operating systems, applications, operations and delivery mechanisms utilized within Cone Health.

Respond to all customer service requests within acceptable time frames based on the severity of the request. Ensure that our clients and customers are totally satisfied with our services or repairs.
Implement scheduled projects. Configure, install, test, repair, replace, and relocate systems or components as necessary with effective follow-up with the equipment or user. Maintain the equipment inventory for production and backup stock. Ensure that CH takes full advantage of all manufacturer and vendor warranties and that equipment is tracked and returned promptly.
Demonstrate a broad breadth of knowledge of all organizational systems, hardware and network. Understand how each system interfaces and interrelates with each other and ancillary departments.
Document and distribute information regarding critical or unusual problems / situations encountered with resolution for future use by the Field Services staff and department.
Demonstrate both good oral and written communication skills and have a positive personal presentation-style.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently and with end users, in resolution of hardware, software, network and operating system problems.
Demonstrates consistent compliance with the enterprise’s defined values (Caring for our patients, each other, and our communities).
Communicate operational and project issues to appropriate Clients and staff. Facilitate other communications with various inter- and intra-departmental Clients to identify system requirements, specifications and solutions that address operational and project issues.
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or equivalent, Required plus experience as defined below
Associates, Preferred, plus experience as defined below
Bachelors, Preferred, plus experience as defined below
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. See experience requirements for each educational level below.
EXPERIENCE:
5 Years, Related Experience Required for High School Diploma
3 Years, Related Experience Required for Associate’s Degree
1 Year, Related Experience Required for Bachelor’s Degree
High School plus 5 years experience in related field or Associate degree plus 3 years experience in related field or Bachelor Degree plus 1 year experience.
