What we offer:
We are looking for a full-time data entry clerk for a busy industrial trucking company in Lynwood. You will maintain communications with the customers, vendors, and managers to process accounts data. This is 2-month assignment.
Essential Functions:
- Verifiy and log the receipt of data and obtain any data that is missing.
- Use data entry equipment to record assigned data.
- Resolve minor processing problems; seek assistance from a supervisor or other appropriate staff for issues beyond immediate expertise.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Communicate with customers and sales for follow-up / verification of info when necessary.
- Enter preliminary information into the system. Print / Sort / Mail prelims.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 2 years of Data Entry / Clerical experience
- Accounts Receivables + Collections is highly desired but not required.
- 2 years of Microsoft Office experience especially with Excel.
