The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will be responsible for the entire Accounts Receivable function. This is a key position and includes daily invoicing, posting payments, contacting customers regarding payments, sending statements and reporting cash position. This position will report to the Company Controller.

The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will be responsible for the full accounts receivable function and will work closely with both internal and external customers. Tasks and responsibilities include:

• Understand the complete billing cycle from Sales to Invoices to Payment in a paperless environment.
• Application of customer payments accurately and promptly.
• Monitor and follow up with customers on past due invoices.
• Generate weekly cash projections.
• Compile monthly sales commissions.
• Create weekly loan reports.
• Investigate and resolve customer deductions.
• Coordinate customer interactions with sales department.

• Familiarity with customer discounts and returns.
• Familiarity with Accounts Payable function helpful.
• Ability to prioritize work and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
BA/BS in Accounting or Finance. Experience working directly in Accounts Receivable is helpful. Candidates must be able to work independently and as a team member, have excellent communication skills. Exposure to Government contracts is a plus. The ideal candidate will have experience working with an ERP system, ideally Aptean Made-2-Manage, and be extremely comfortable with Microsoft Office products.

Pay: From $58,000.00 per year
