ACCOUNTING ASST. SHIFT TIME: Monday – Friday 9a- 5p. (Monday & Friday remote Tues- Thurs in office)

ACCOUNTING ASST.RATE: $21/hr

ACCOUNTING ASST. POSITION DESCRIPTION:

• Perform daily verification of cash and credit card settlements ·
• Review chargeback processing and reporting ·
• Request support and backup for credit card charges that are in dispute in partnership with the operations finance teams ·
• Prepare journal entries to the general ledger ·
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations ·
• Investigate and resolve reconciling items ·
• Request change orders and armored car service ·
• Assist with MID/TID requests ·
• Submit wire and ACH requests ·
• Prepare daily cash deposits ·
• Field inquiries from locations ·
• Assist with ad hoc projects Other duties as assigned

ACCOUNTING ASST.REQUIREMENTS:

• COVID VACCINE + BOOSTER

• Must have a min of (2) years of relative experience before applying

• Reliable transportation

• History of no call offs / good attendance prior roles

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Background check & drug screen conducted

• Authorized to work in the US.

• High school degree
