A successful candidate for this position will be capable of working with Quickbooks, have an ability to manage their own time and complete tasks independently. Our Accounting Clerk must also have an eye for detail and a strong understanding about how business transactions are processed. We are a busy company that wants an individual who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get the job done! Great pay with great benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Experience with Quickbooks Desktop and Quickbooks Online.
• Track online permits for company and update Excel spreadsheet daily.
• Enter records, transactions, and upload information to complete tasks.
• Work closely with on-site company accountant to complete tasks assigned.
• Interact and communicate with internal and external employees.
• Ability to communicate via phone, fax, email or online messaging with professionalism and accuracy.
• Run and complete job cost reports related to sales transactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour
