Administrative Assistant – Collections’ Department
We are a National Vocational Consulting firm based out of the San Francisco Bay Area that has been in business for 35 years. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our fast-growing team, who preferably has experience in the legal field. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the collections of our invoices. Training will be provided, but we are really looking forward to finding someone who is a fast-learner, eager, and can hit the ground running. They will be managing our past due invoices with the use of spreadsheets, making collections calls to the various parties on our cases, sending emails, writing legal correspondences and Petitions (with the help of our Report Writing team), maintaining an active role in ensuring our invoices are consistently getting paid, and more.
The Administrative Assistant will work a hybrid virtual set-up, switching between work from home and work from office. Our offices are located in Pacifica, CA. The position is part-time approximately 20 hours per week.
